About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day office and administrative operations.
  • Supervise reception, administrative, and support staff.
  • Coordinate office supplies, facilities, and maintenance.
  • Manage service providers and vendor contracts.
  • Support budgeting and expense monitoring.
  • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and executive schedules.
  • Maintain administrative records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support cross‑functional coordination and special projects.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in office management or administration.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
