About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally in Riyadh.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day office and administrative operations.
- Supervise reception, administrative, and support staff.
- Coordinate office supplies, facilities, and maintenance.
- Manage service providers and vendor contracts.
- Support budgeting and expense monitoring.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and executive schedules.
- Maintain administrative records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support cross‑functional coordination and special projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in office management or administration.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
