OHTL Site Manager – High Voltage Transmission

About the role

We are seeking an experienced OHTL Site Manager to lead high‑voltage transmission line projects in Saudi Arabia. The role requires on‑site leadership, coordination of resources, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities for overhead transmission line construction.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, and project resources to meet schedule targets.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality requirements, and construction specifications.
• Coordinate site teams effectively and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects.
• Strong background in the construction and execution of high‑voltage transmission lines.
• Proven ability to manage site activities, manpower, subcontractors, and resources.
• Good knowledge of HSE, quality management, and project scheduling.
• Previous experience in utility or power transmission projects is preferred.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid, transferable Iqama.
