OpenText Administration Engineer (8+ years experience)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced OpenText Administration professional to lead the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our OpenText xECM environment. The role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to support complex integrations with enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install, cluster, apply service pack updates and perform release upgrades of OpenText xECM.
• Monitor system health, background jobs, logs and conduct performance tuning.
• Provide L2/L3 incident support, troubleshooting and request fulfillment.
• Configure and support xECM integrations with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, including repository creation and daily operations.
• Manage users, groups, roles, permissions and enforce security policies.
• Configure and maintain OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) and Single Sign‑On (SSO) solutions.
• Support document management system (DMS) functionalities and related upgrades.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience in OpenText administration.
• Proven track record in L2/L3 support and complex system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• OpenText xECM installation, clustering and upgrade.
• OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) and Single Sign‑On configuration.
• Integration experience with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
• Performance monitoring and tuning of enterprise content management systems.
• User, group and role management with security policy enforcement.
• Document Management System (DMS) administration.
