Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Operations Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. In this role you will optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Conduct cost‑benefit analyses and ROI assessments for proposed projects.
• Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform statistical analyses to support data‑driven decisions.
• Identify and recommend automation and process‑optimization opportunities.
• Participate in project teams to implement operational improvements.
• Provide analytical support for strategic planning and forecasting activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in operations analysis or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Solid understanding of business operations and supply chain management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with statistical analysis software such as SPSS or SAS.
• Expertise in business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
