Operations Compliance & Quality Assurance Senior Manager

About the role

The Operations Compliance & Quality Assurance Senior Manager leads the design, implementation and governance of compliance, quality and operational risk frameworks across Floward’s markets. Reporting to the Lead Operations Excellence, the role ensures that regulatory requirements, internal standards and quality expectations are consistently met while supporting scalable, efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the compliance and quality assurance strategy in line with the Operations Excellence roadmap.
• Design, implement and maintain policies, standards and governance frameworks for all operating markets.
• Establish a structured audit framework, lead internal audits and translate findings into corrective actions.
• Define and monitor compliance and quality KPIs, providing transparent dashboards and reports.
• Identify operational, compliance and quality risks, lead investigations and deliver root‑cause analyses.
• Provide senior leadership with risk insights, impact assessments and mitigation plans.
• Develop and roll out training programs to build a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders to embed compliance and quality into new service launches and process redesigns.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in operations compliance, quality assurance or operational risk.
• Proven ability to lead audits, define KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of partnering with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
