Operations Manager – F&B

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities of our food and beverage business in Riyadh. The role focuses on driving performance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth business performance and compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Monitor sales, costs, profitability, inventory, and operational KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Lead and develop F&B teams, manage staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing and other departments to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, F&B Management or related field.
• 7+ years of F&B experience with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably overseeing multiple outlets.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi F&B market, regulations, and cost‑control practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and decision‑making skills.
