Operations Manager – Infrastructure & Construction Services

About the role

Megarme is expanding its operations in Saudi Arabia and seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead its Infrastructure & Construction Services unit. This senior, hands‑on role will drive business development, manage client relationships, and oversee project delivery across the Eastern Province and the wider Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, civil construction, high‑rise buildings, façade works, airports, metro/rail, bridges, stadiums and public/private developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, government entities and project owners.
• Lead tendering activities, prepare quotations, technical submissions and commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage projects from award to completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, cost control and client satisfaction.
• Plan manpower, equipment, site logistics, supervision and subcontractor requirements.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, revenue, profitability and cash‑flow, providing regular forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Support invoicing, variations, claims, collections and contract compliance.

Required profile

• Strong background in infrastructure and construction services, covering civil works, buildings, façades, airports, metro/rail, bridges, stadiums and major public infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing construction or civil projects from award to completion, including manpower planning, site execution and safety management.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, negotiate contracts and maintain high client satisfaction.
