Operations Manager – Water Distribution

About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead the Zamzam Water Distribution Project. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient distribution processes, maintaining high service quality, and coordinating all operational activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily Zamzam water distribution operations
- Supervise operational, logistics, and field teams
- Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards
- Manage inventory and distribution flow while minimizing losses
- Resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency
- Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and related authorities
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or logistics management
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons
