Operations Supervisor – Dammam Delivery Station

About the role

Amazon is expanding its Operations team in Dammam. As an Operations Supervisor you will lead shift management at a first‑mile fulfilment centre, middle‑mile sortation centre or final‑mile delivery station, ensuring orders move smoothly through the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage, train and motivate Associates to deliver top‑level customer service.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift information to frontline management and adjust labour allocation to meet forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to address performance issues such as process readiness, 5S, safety and training.
• Analyse data to solve logistics challenges and optimise processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, high ownership and lead‑by‑example attitude.
• Ability to develop expertise in all operational processes and analyse data.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and overtime.
• Customer‑centric mindset with problem‑solving orientation.

Required skills

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
