Operations Supervisor – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day activities across multiple Shawarma Classic branches in Jeddah. You will ensure smooth business operations, high service standards, and compliance with company policies while driving sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned branches, ensuring smooth business flow.
• Monitor branch performance, sales, labor productivity, operational costs and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, quality and health & safety standards.
• Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers and operational teams.
• Set operational targets, track KPIs and follow up on performance results.
• Analyze operational reports and implement corrective actions.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, attendance and workforce utilization.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, stock availability and cost control.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Maintenance and other departments to resolve issues.
• Support opening and launch of new branches when required.
• Prepare regular operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably within restaurants, food & beverage, retail or multi‑branch environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple branches or locations.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with operational reporting tools.
