Operator III – Injection Molding (Hail)

About the role

Taldeen is seeking an Operator III to work on injection molding equipment at its large Hail facility. You will support production by operating multiple machines, performing simple troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth hand‑overs between shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate equipment across more than one process line, adjusting set‑ups as required.
• Assist senior operators in coordinating field activities to maintain continuous production.
• Verify that equipment is ready for maintenance and act as the first point of contact with maintenance teams.
• Support emergency response procedures following standard protocols.
• Follow all quality, health, safety and environmental (HSE) procedures to maintain a safe workplace.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar industrial setting.
• Strong awareness of technical safety and manufacturing processes.
• Effective written and oral communication in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively and observe safe practices.
