Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant – Riyadh

About the role

Shahgaron, a leading Oracle partner in the GCC, is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join its Riyadh office. The consultant will deliver end‑to‑end Human Capital Management solutions for top Saudi and regional clients, contributing to the company’s rapid expansion in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Fusion Payroll, for complex client environments.
• Lead onsite implementation projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring successful delivery from blueprint to go‑live.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to drive HR digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide problem‑solving expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of Oracle Fusion HCM project experience.
• At least five completed onsite implementation projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience with Fusion Payroll and Fast Formulas.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
