Oracle HCM Consultant

About the role

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our permanent team. You will work directly with Saudi‑based clients, helping them design, configure and deploy Oracle Human Capital Management solutions that streamline HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM configurations.
• Design, configure and implement modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management and Performance Management.
• Perform system testing, support user‑acceptance testing and ensure successful go‑live.
• Analyse and resolve system issues, providing timely fixes and enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specs and test scripts.
• Stay current with Oracle HCM updates and industry best practices.
• Deliver end‑user training and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
