About the role

As an Oracle Technology Consulting professional at EY in Riyadh, you will help organisations leverage Oracle solutions to drive digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and deliver business value across public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of Oracle transformation projects across various industries.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and contribute to solution design.
• Configure Oracle applications and assist with functional and technical implementation tasks.
• Participate in testing activities, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.
• Assist with data migration, cut‑over planning, and post‑go‑live support.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, training materials, and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 4–7+ years of professional experience in Oracle consulting, implementation or support.
• Experience with at least one Oracle solution area (ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, SCM Cloud, EPM Cloud, or E‑Business Suite) and participation in a full‑cycle Oracle implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into Oracle‑based solutions.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Oracle certifications are a plus.
