About the role

The Order Processor will support daily warehouse operations by handling documentation, data entry and system transactions. This full‑time position ensures that all inbound and outbound activities are accurately recorded and compliant with company policies.

Key responsibilities

Generate operational forms such as Receiving Notes and Loading Slips.
Perform data‑entry tasks using MS Office, SAP and other relevant applications.
Prepare, maintain and archive records accurately and regularly.
Review and resolve discrepancies between physical work reports and system transactions.
Execute warehouse transactions in the system, including receiving and picking.
Follow and enforce company SOPs and policies.

Required profile

Minimum secondary school education.
At least one year of experience in a related logistics or warehouse role.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

Proficiency with MS Office.
Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
