Organizational Change Management Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a major client in Riyadh on a 12‑month, extendable assignment. The consultant will guide the organization through the adoption of new IT systems, ensuring smooth transition and sustained benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive OCM strategies aligned with IT implementation objectives.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, gather feedback, and communicate change benefits.
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation plans for business processes and employees.
• Create and execute communication plans to keep the organization informed about project milestones.
• Develop and deliver training programs to build necessary skills for new technologies.
• Manage resistance by addressing concerns and providing support throughout the transition.
• Assess change readiness and implement interventions to enhance adoption.
• Establish OCM governance, monitor KPIs, and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate closely with IT project teams to embed change activities into project schedules.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in organizational change management, preferably within IT transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering training and communication plans.
• Ability to assess change impact and readiness, and to design mitigation strategies.
• Experience working in a consultancy or client‑facing environment.
