Organizational Development Consultant – Public Sector (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant to join a leading Big‑4 consulting firm on a high‑impact advisory engagement for a major public‑sector client in Saudi Arabia. This consulting role focuses on designing and delivering OD solutions rather than managing internal HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational development engagements for public‑sector clients.
• Develop operating models, organizational structures, and workforce planning frameworks.
• Create competency models, job families, and grading architectures.
• Produce executive‑ready presentations and structured consulting deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and project leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of OD/HR experience gained within a consulting firm, advising external clients.
• Previous experience at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PwC) or a top‑tier consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger).
• Proven delivery of OD engagements such as target operating model design, org restructuring, competency frameworks, or workforce strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Saudi nationals only.
