Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

AlAnfal Services is looking for a motivated Organizational Development Specialist to join its Human Resources team. You will help shape the company’s workforce structure, design training programs, and support change initiatives that align with the organization’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze job descriptions, titles, and grading to ensure alignment with industry standards and internal needs.
• Collaborate with HR to design and implement fair job grading and compensation frameworks.
• Develop and facilitate training programs that close identified skill gaps.
• Assess the impact of current OD initiatives through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support change‑management projects by offering resources and guidance during transitions.
• Gather employee feedback on roles and development needs to inform HR strategy.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for HR leadership on OD activities and outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience in organizational development, job analysis, or related HR functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and leadership.
