About the role
The Overseas Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for international candidates, ensuring the organization meets its global workforce needs while complying with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full overseas recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with international agencies, job boards and sourcing partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, immigration and visa regulations.
- Coordinate virtual interview sessions, assessment centres and international hiring events.
- Prepare and issue employment offers aligned with approved compensation structures.
- Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source effectiveness) and report to management.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System and HR platforms.
- Facilitate visa processing, relocation, travel arrangements and onboarding logistics.
- Support employer branding initiatives and stay updated on global labour market trends.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of talent acquisition or HR experience, with at least 2 years in overseas/international recruitment.
- Proven track record managing high‑volume recruitment campaigns.
- Professional recruitment certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, LinkedIn Recruiter) are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
