Paint Shop Production Manager

About the role

The Paint Shop Production Manager will lead, train and coach the Paint Shop Operations teams to meet and exceed business goals across safety, quality, cost, responsiveness and environmental pillars. This role ensures that paint appearance and performance standards are consistently achieved while fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute training plans throughout project phases, ensuring continuous skill development.
• Lead the execution of business plans, driving annual performance efficiencies through continuous improvement.
• Motivate and engage teams to surpass corporate targets and maintain a balanced scorecard.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure activities align with approved guidelines.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process sustainability, productivity, quality, and cost improvements.
• Oversee crisis management and maintain urgency in addressing unforeseen circumstances.

• Proven leadership experience in paint shop or manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
