Part-Time Accountant – Zakat & Tax Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time accountant to manage Zakat, VAT and regulatory compliance for our financial operations in Riyadh. The role requires hands‑on experience with Saudi government platforms and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities

• Handle accounting entries, reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Prepare and submit Zakat and VAT filings in accordance with Saudi regulations.
• Use Saudi government platforms such as ZATCA, GOSI, Qiwa and Mudad.
• Support monthly closing and financial reporting processes.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation and records.
• Coordinate compliance matters and assist with audits when required.

Required profile

• Strong practical experience in accounting and financial operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Zakat, VAT and compliance processes in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience using Saudi government platforms and systems.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work part‑time on‑site in Riyadh (Al Murabba District).
