About the role
Salesforce is seeking a Partner Account Manager for Alliances in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Regional Vice President for Alliances & Ecosystems Middle East, you will own the relationship with all non‑named partners across the Kingdom, driving partner‑enabled growth for our sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Vet existing partners, map their capabilities and references to meet Account Executive needs.
- Leverage high‑performing partners from other regions and recruit new partners to fill geographic or industry gaps.
- Qualify incoming partner requests, quickly assessing value‑add and routing them to the appropriate management path.
- Develop partner skill sets to ensure proficiency with the latest Salesforce go‑to‑market positioning.
- Identify networks within prospect and customer bases to launch pipeline‑generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with select partners to showcase successful international case studies for AEs and target look‑alike prospects.
- Monitor implementation success to guarantee high‑quality project delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing partner relationships and driving joint sales initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and ecosystem dynamics.
- Ability to assess partner value, enablement needs, and manage a pipeline of partner opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
