Pasteurization Plant Operator – Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Pasteurization Plant Operator to join a leading food and beverage production facility in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring the pasteurization process to ensure that all products meet strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pasteurization equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery to avoid breakdowns.
• Record and report operational data such as temperature, pressure, and production volumes.
• Identify and troubleshoot process deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality control policies.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to optimise production processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment following health and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Food Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating pasteurization or heat‑treatment equipment in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required.
