Payment Operation & Cash Management Manager

About the role

The Payment Operation & Cash Management Manager will lead the execution of payment processes and cash liquidity management for a leading airport operator in Saudi Arabia. This senior position ensures accurate, compliant payments, optimal cash flow, and strong relationships with banking partners, supporting the organization’s contribution to Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise payment operations, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Manage daily cash liquidity and prepare short-, medium-, and long‑term cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee bank account management, reconciliation, and resolve discrepancies.
• Set payment schedules, prioritize disbursements, and monitor compliance with control frameworks.
• Identify liquidity and payment risks, propose mitigation actions, and ensure business continuity of treasury systems.
• Prepare periodic reports on cash liquidity, payments, and operational KPIs for senior management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely cash management and payments.
• Lead and develop the payment team, set objectives, provide guidance, and monitor performance.
• Ensure implementation of policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks within the function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
