Pediatric Nurse Level 3 - Hassa

About the role

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare is hiring a Pediatric Nurse Level 3 in Hassa, reporting to a Team Lead or Nurse Unit Manager. The nurse delivers advanced-level care on the assigned unit, supports operational processes and mentors intermediate-level nurses.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care focused on complex cases, using the nursing process from admission through discharge.
• Manage workflow, use resources properly and mentor junior nurses.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and help evaluate patient outcomes.
• Achieve and maintain the Level 3 activity set (minimum 20 points across four categories every 12 months under the Clinical Advancement Program).
• Precept new hires and trainees during their probation and recommend progress and training needs.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and lifesaving situations with clinical skills and evidence-based practice.
• Perform a wide range of nursing procedures accurately and safely, and support exclusive breastfeeding following the Saudi MoH 10 Steps.
• Take part in strategic initiatives, protocol development and staff engagement, and promote the JHAH nursing Professional Practice Model.

Required profile

• International Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (3 years).
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 4 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in pediatrics or a related field.
• Full proficiency in English; Arabic preferred.
