People & Culture Executive

About the role

The People & Culture Executive will support Faena’s end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with Saudi Labour Law and the company’s cultural standards. This role acts as a key liaison between employees, managers, and government portals to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers and LOIs.
• Oversee employee onboarding and off‑boarding, maintaining accurate HR records and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and update employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate registrations and updates on government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, HRDF) and support Saudization (Nitaqat) tracking.
• Assist in preparing employment contracts, addenda, and HR correspondence.
• Organise training schedules, track attendance, and maintain training records.
• Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, GOSI enrollment, and leave management.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Plan and execute employee engagement, wellbeing activities, and cultural events such as National Day celebrations.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and ensure all practices align with company policies and Saudi regulations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of HR or People & Culture experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Saudi national (position designated for Saudi talent).
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and government HR portals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Qiwa portal.
• Proficiency with the Muqeem portal.
• Proficiency with the GOSI portal.
• Understanding of Saudi Labour Law compliance.
