Performance & Innovation Manager

About the role

The Performance & Innovation Manager will drive enterprise‑wide clinic performance, innovation, and operational excellence across Nahdi Medical’s polyclinics. The role provides actionable insights, manages key healthcare projects, and ensures robust governance aligned with strategic objectives and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance monitoring and reporting across all clinics, developing dashboards and analytical tools to track KPIs, forecast trends, and support leadership decision‑making.
• Monitor operational and financial performance to identify inefficiencies, conduct cost‑benefit analyses, and advise on loss‑prevention and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Analyze clinical data for fraud detection and compliance monitoring, maintaining dashboards, supporting investigations, and ensuring regulatory readiness.
• Oversee accurate calculation and administration of incentives, overtime, part‑time, and outsourced employee payments in coordination with HR and finance.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative healthcare solutions, building business cases, roadmaps, and tracking ROI of innovation projects.
• Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of healthcare projects, from charter development to execution, risk assessment, and post‑project reporting.
• Facilitate internal communication, preparing performance insights, conducting workshops, and acting as liaison between clinics and corporate leadership.

Required profile

• BSc degree in healthcare.
• Advanced studies or diplomas in information technology and data management.
• Minimum 2 years experience in data management and 2 years in healthcare management.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• MS Office Suite with professional‑level Excel reporting.
• Power BI.
• Fabric cloud services certifications.
