Performance Marketing & Demand Generation Manager

About the role

GreenEarth Cleaning is seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to own and optimise the digital acquisition engine. You will plan, execute and refine multi‑channel campaigns that deliver qualified leads across our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Translate business objectives into lead, CPL and pipeline targets, allocating budgets accordingly.
• Plan, launch and manage always‑on and campaign‑based initiatives for multiple products.
• Build and optimise lead generation funnels, defining offers, lead magnets and messaging for high‑intent prospects.
• Align with sales on Lead, MQL and SQL definitions and monitor conversion rates.
• Set up, manage and optimise campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages to improve CTR, CVR, CPL and ROAS.
• Ensure correct implementation of pixels, tags and UTM parameters for accurate tracking.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to brief assets, provide performance feedback and maintain brand compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing and demand generation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience working closely with sales, content and creative teams.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable lead‑generation results.
