Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Performance Marketing Specialist will lead and optimise digital campaigns across multiple paid channels to acquire users, boost engagement and increase ticket sales for FansPass. Working in a hybrid setting in Jeddah, the specialist will collaborate closely with marketing, sales and customer support to ensure campaigns align with business goals and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B tests and refine strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align campaign objectives with overall business targets.
• Analyse market trends, audience behaviour and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Optimize the sales funnel and conversion pathways to support revenue growth.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for cross‑team collaboration and clear presentation of insights.
• Proficiency in market research to inform performance‑marketing strategies.
• Experience in sales‑oriented activities, funnel optimisation and conversion‑focused campaigns.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage budgets and measure performance.
• Customer‑service mindset to ensure campaigns meet user needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the ticketing, sports or entertainment industry is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment in Jeddah.
