Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid acquisition efforts for B8ak’s home‑services marketplace. The role will focus on generating profitable bookings, lowering customer‑acquisition costs and maximizing return on ad spend across multiple service categories and cities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Apple Search Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Optimize audiences, keywords, bids, budgets, creatives and landing pages for each service, city and customer segment.
• Allocate budgets based on performance, service capacity, seasonality and business priorities.
• Monitor and report on CAC, cost per booking, conversion rate, ROAS, contribution margin, repeat rate and LTV.
• Identify under‑performing campaigns and implement corrective actions quickly.
• Collaborate with operations to align demand generation with provider capacity.
• Develop acquisition and re‑activation campaigns for new, inactive and repeat customers.
• Work with product and tech teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution and analytics dashboards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven campaign optimization.
• Hands‑on experience managing multi‑channel paid media for marketplace or e‑commerce businesses.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable budget and strategy decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
