Performance Marketing Specialist – Part‑Time

About the role

This part‑time position is focused on driving measurable growth through paid media channels for a partner company operating in Saudi Arabia. You will work remotely, optimizing campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimize paid media campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads to generate qualified leads and improve ROI.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing of audiences, creatives, bidding strategies and landing pages.
• Monitor performance data, extract insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain tracking and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and related conversion tools.
• Integrate marketing data into CRM and automation systems for accurate reporting.
• Support SEO initiatives through on‑page optimization and opportunity identification.
• Produce monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics and optimization opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging digital opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine messaging, creative direction and conversion strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with a track record of performance improvements.
• Solid knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Meta Pixel for tracking and attribution.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of performance‑marketing fundamentals such as attribution, funnel optimization and ROI measurement.
