Performance Tester

About the role

InnovationTeam, a technology company delivering solutions to its clients, is looking for a Performance Tester in Riyadh. The tester ensures the scalability and reliability of applications by designing performance testing strategies, running load and stress tests and analysing performance data to find bottlenecks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement performance testing strategies
• Conduct load and stress testing
• Analyse performance data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Work closely with development teams to understand application architecture and performance requirements
• Provide actionable insights based on test results

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance testing
• Solid knowledge of web and mobile application architecture
• Experience analysing and interpreting performance testing results
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance tests
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced team

Required skills

• Performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Postman or Gatling
• Understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools
