Personal Fitness Trainer (EMS Specialist)

About the role

The Personal Fitness Trainer (EMS Specialist) will deliver high‑impact, customized fitness programs using Electrical Muscle Stimulation technology across Fast Fit’s network of clubs in Saudi Arabia. You will assess clients, design tailored EMS training plans, and monitor progress to ensure safety, satisfaction and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate fitness levels, goals and health considerations.
• Design and implement individualized EMS‑based training programs aligned with each client’s needs.
• Monitor client performance, adjust programs regularly, and maintain detailed records.
• Enforce health, safety and hygiene standards during all sessions.
• Provide motivation, coaching and ongoing support to boost client engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, EMS technology advancements and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Valid personal trainer certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs).
• Proven experience in personal training with a focus on EMS‑based systems.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and functional training.
• Excellent communication and client‑engagement abilities.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to safety and ethics.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
