About the role

The Personal Fitness Trainer (EMS Specialist) delivers safe, effective, and personalized training programs using electro‑muscle stimulation (EMS) technology. The role involves assessing clients, designing tailored workouts, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards to drive client transformation and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and set individualized fitness goals.
• Design and implement EMS‑based training programs aligned with client needs.
• Monitor client performance, adjust programs, and track progress.
• Motivate and coach clients to maintain engagement and achieve results.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and ethical standards during all sessions.
• Contribute to client retention and overall service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Personal Trainer certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs) preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in personal training or EMS‑based training.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
