About the role

The Personal Fitness Trainer (EMS Specialist) will deliver safe, effective, and personalized EMS‑based training programs to clients in Al Khobar. The role combines client assessment, program design, performance monitoring, and motivation while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop customized EMS training plans.
• Monitor performance, adjust programs, and ensure client safety.
• Motivate and coach clients to achieve transformation goals.
• Maintain high service quality and contribute to client retention.
• Adhere to health, safety, and ethical standards at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Personal Trainer certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs) preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in personal training or EMS‑based training.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
