Personal Tutor – English Learning Coach

About the role

Wall Street English Saudi Arabia is launching two new learning centres in Jeddah and seeks enthusiastic Personal Tutors (Coaches) to guide adult learners on their English language journey. You will create a supportive, English‑speaking environment and help students achieve personal and professional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with students and understand their learning objectives.
• Deliver personalized coaching, feedback, and support through First Lessons, Advising Sessions, and progress reviews.
• Motivate learners, celebrate achievements, and create memorable learning experiences.
• Assist with reception duties, bookings, and overall student engagement.
• Collaborate closely with Service and Sales teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, or education.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Confidence using technology and digital learning tools.
• Experience in education, training, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
