Pharmaceutical Medical Representative

About the role

Cooper Pharma is seeking a results‑driven Pharmaceutical Medical Representative to join its Saudi Arabia team in Riyadh. The role focuses on scientific detailing and commercial growth of Cooper Pharma’s portfolio across hospitals, clinics and medical centers while maintaining strict compliance with SFDA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute daily and weekly routing plans to engage physicians, pharmacists and hospital stakeholders in the assigned territory.
• Present evidence‑based medical information on product indications, clinical profiles and therapeutic benefits to support prescribing decisions.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through consultative selling and effective account planning.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and relay customer insights to internal marketing teams.
• Log all customer interactions, detailing activities and sales opportunities in the designated CRM system.
• Ensure full compliance with SFDA, Saudi Ministry of Health and international ethical promotion standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative in pharmaceutical sales within Saudi Arabia (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Strong functional knowledge of pharmacology and clinical detailing.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for activity tracking and reporting.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with standard digital reporting tools.
