Plant Operator – Tank Farm & Chemical Handling

About the role
HOYER is seeking a Plant Operator for its Al-Jubail facility. The role focuses on safe and efficient tank farm operations, loading and unloading of chemicals, and supporting warehouse activities.
Key responsibilities
- Operate tank farm equipment and oversee tanker/truck loading and unloading.
- Handle palletized and non‑palletized chemical drums using forklifts.
- Unload drums from conveyor systems and stack them on pallets.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any damages.
- Maintain housekeeping standards around machinery and work areas.
Required profile
- High school, ITI (NCVT) or diploma qualification.
- 4‑6 years of experience in chemical handling or similar industrial environment.
- Strong awareness of hazardous‑chemical safety, spill containment and emergency response.
- Ability to read and interpret MSDS and product compatibility information.
- Flexibility, punctuality and teamwork orientation.
