PMIS Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a PMIS Specialist to join our Project Controls team. The role will lead the implementation, administration and ongoing management of our Project Management Information System, primarily SAP PS and SAP EPPM, ensuring it meets reporting and control requirements across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the client‑side technical reference during the PMIS implementation, configuring the solution to meet project controls and reporting needs.
• Coordinate with the implementation partner to define data structures, workflows, reporting templates and system integrations.
• Monitor implementation progress, track milestones, manage issues and risks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute the phased rollout of the PMIS to the wider portfolio management organization, managing change and driving user adoption.
• Maintain large and complex datasets, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and consistency across reporting cycles.
• Develop and document PMIS standards, procedures and data‑governance practices.
• Provide training and ongoing technical support to team members and end‑users.

Required profile

• Expert knowledge of Project Management Information Systems and data reporting.
• Proven experience in supporting or managing the client‑side implementation of enterprise project management tools, preferably SAP.
• Strong background in managing, maintaining and reporting large data sets.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
