PMO Consultant – Finance

About the role

We are seeking a PMO Consultant with a strong finance focus to join our team in Jeddah. The role will support the Project Management Office by driving financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and reporting for a range of projects and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support PMO financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Prepare and monitor financial reports, project budgets, and financial performance.
• Assist with financial planning and analysis for projects and transformation initiatives.
• Track project expenditures, variances, and financial KPIs.
• Coordinate with finance, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective financial governance.
• Support PMO reporting and management presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in finance‑related functions, preferably within a PMO environment.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the insurance sector is not required.
