PR, Customs & Administration Officer – Dammam

About the role

YES Machinery is expanding its operations in Saudi Arabia and seeks a dynamic PR, Customs & Administration Officer to support its growing presence in Dammam. The role combines government relations, customs clearance, logistics coordination, and office administration within the heavy‑machinery sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company‑related government and public‑relations formalities.
• Handle visa, Iqama, contract, and medical documentation through platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce and National Address.
• Coordinate customs clearance and import procedures for machinery, spare parts and related shipments.
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping agents and government authorities.
• Review HS Codes, customs duties, VAT, import documents and regulatory requirements.
• Track shipment status, customs inspections and release procedures.
• Arrange transportation of equipment from ports/airports to warehouses, project sites or customers.
• Support logistics planning, delivery coordination and documentation.
• Assist with warehouse setup, registrations, licences and related government paperwork.
• Perform general office administration, document control and operational coordination.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in PR/Government Relations, Customs Clearance, Logistics or Administration.
• Background in heavy machinery, industrial or construction equipment logistics is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of FASAH, SABER, SASO and ZATCA procedures.
• Familiarity with Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce and National Address portals.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with external authorities and service providers.
