Social Media Manager – Creator Partnerships

About the role

FivePrayer is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to expand its presence on TikTok and Instagram. You will focus on building and nurturing long‑term relationships with Muslim creators who share our mission of encouraging consistent prayer through a gamified app.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to Muslim creators on TikTok and Instagram.
• Develop and maintain a network of 100+ creators, securing 2‑4 promotional videos per month from each.
• Coordinate content deliverables, posting schedules, and ensure timely publication.
• Monitor creator performance, analyse results, and highlight top‑performing partners.
• Manage all communications via DMs, email, and WhatsApp to keep partnerships active.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts or creator relationships.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable collaborating with international creators across different time zones.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple relationships simultaneously.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI assistance tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to increase efficiency.
