About the role
Cultivay is looking for a warm, enthusiastic Preschool Teacher who is a Saudi national to join our early childhood team. You will create a nurturing, engaging environment where children aged 2‑6 can explore, learn and develop confidence through play‑based, inquiry‑driven activities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver inquiry‑based learning experiences for children aged 2–6.
- Support children’s creativity, independence and development through hands‑on activities, storytelling, movement and exploration.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere.
- Observe each child’s developmental needs and interests, providing individualized support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement meaningful learning experiences.
Required profile
- Saudi national.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Experience working with young children, preferably in preschool or early‑years settings.
- Passionate about child development and play‑based learning.
- Adaptable, proactive and collaborative.
