Preseller

About the role

The Preseller will join PepsiCo’s KSA sales team to drive sales of the company’s beverage and convenient‑food portfolio. Working directly with an assigned customer base, the role focuses on increasing volume, reducing stale inventory and achieving distribution goals while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the full range of PepsiCo products to an agreed list of customers and meet predefined sales targets.
• Maintain stale inventory below the target set by the supervisor.
• Follow the daily route plan and call frequency to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
• Collect accounts receivable and ensure timely payment.
• Provide market insights and sales opportunities to the supervisor.
• Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks in accordance with operating procedures.
• Attend training sessions to improve professionalism and customer service.
• Complete a daily debrief with the supervisor reviewing visited customers and performance.

Required profile

• Motivated individual able to work independently in the field.
• Strong focus on meeting sales and distribution targets.
• Willingness to follow company operating procedures and reporting routines.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to provide accurate market feedback and identify sales opportunities.

Required skills

• Sales and customer‑service experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounts receivable collection.
• Familiarity with vehicle inspection and maintenance checks.
