President – Digital Strategy & Innovation

About the role

The President of Digital Strategy & Innovation will shape and drive the organization’s digital transformation, aligning technology initiatives with business goals and customer expectations. Reporting to the Board, this leader will champion a digital‑first mindset across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a comprehensive digital vision that supports overall strategy and growth.
• Design, implement, and oversee large‑scale digital transformation programs.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology providers, industry leaders, and community stakeholders.
• Allocate resources and manage budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial targets.
• Monitor emerging technologies and market trends to identify innovation opportunities.
• Foster a culture of agility, creativity, and continuous learning throughout multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of executive experience in digital strategy, innovation management, or related fields.
• Proven success leading complex digital transformations in large organizations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue growth through digital channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and board members.
