Principal ServiceNow Solution Architect

About the role

IBM is looking for a Principal ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead large‑scale digital transformations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role demands deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, strategic vision, and the ability to engage senior business leaders in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the end‑to‑end architecture for enterprise ServiceNow implementations covering ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM and SPM.
• Translate business objectives into scalable ServiceNow solutions and define architecture roadmaps, governance and best‑practice standards.
• Oversee delivery teams to ensure quality, alignment with business value and adherence to security and integration standards.
• Mentor and coach technical architects and developers, raising delivery excellence across projects.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process optimisation throughout the enterprise.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively introduce platform innovations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of ServiceNow experience with multiple full‑lifecycle implementations.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – mandatory.
• Multiple ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SPM).
• Proven track record leading enterprise‑level ServiceNow solution architecture.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Saudi Arabia.
