Process System Control Technician (Oil & Gas)

About the role

ABIS is looking for a skilled Process System Control Technician (PCST) with experience in Oil & Gas or a relevant industry to join its team in Al Jubail. The technician operates, maintains and troubleshoots process control systems so that production runs smoothly and safety compliance is met, working closely with engineering and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain process control systems and related instrumentation
• Troubleshoot and calibrate control devices to ensure accurate operation
• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of process control equipment
• Assist in system upgrades and commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Document maintenance activities and report system anomalies
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve system performance

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• Relevant experience in Oil & Gas or similar industries
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
