Procurement Buyer – Project Goods & Services

About the role

The Procurement Buyer will purchase project‑related goods, materials and services to support operational requirements in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures continuity of supply while optimizing cost, quality and delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure project goods, materials and services in line with company policies.
• Evaluate supplier quotations based on price, quality, delivery and technical compliance.
• Maintain continuity of supply to meet operational and project needs.
• Coordinate with engineering, projects, operations and finance to clarify requirements and specifications.
• Manage purchase orders, track deliveries and resolve supply issues or delays.
• Support supplier evaluation, negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Proven procurement experience, preferably in oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management and contract terms.
• Ability to work with project teams and manage multiple priorities.
