Procurement Coordinator

About the role

Hatch, in partnership with Ma'aden, is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support EPCM projects across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining compliance with project procedures and local content requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement planning and execution for EPCM projects.
• Coordinate RFQs, supplier communications, bid documentation, and purchase orders.
• Maintain procurement logs, supplier databases, and regular reports.
• Track supplier commitments, delivery schedules, and procurement milestones.
• Assist in bid evaluations, commercial reviews, and supplier selection.
• Collaborate with engineering, project controls, logistics, and other project teams.
• Monitor procurement risks, delivery issues, and escalation items.
• Ensure documentation complies with project governance and procedures.
• Support contract administration, supplier performance monitoring, and project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of procurement or supply‑chain experience in EPCM, mining, construction or industrial projects.
• Understanding of procurement processes, purchasing, sourcing and supplier management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
