Procurement Executive – Entry Level (Jeddah)

About the role
This entry‑level position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and is designed for recent graduates who wish to start a career in procurement and supply chain. The role offers hands‑on exposure to the core functions of procurement within an industrial environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the procurement team in day‑to‑day activities, including supplier communication and order processing.
- Assist in gathering and analysing procurement data to help inform purchasing decisions.
- Participate in the preparation of purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Fresh graduate or less than six months of professional experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of procurement processes.
